SHIPPING
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping options will display during checkout.

Shipping is free on orders totaling $100.00 or more (excluding tax), after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping or multiple shipping destinations. Offer is subject to change without notice and excludes purchases from our wholesale catalog.

Your order should arrive within 3-5 days after shipping. Our shipping team processes orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or after 1:00 pm ET on Friday usually take an extra 2 days to process.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam or junk folder. Shipment notifications will be sent to the same email address used to place the order.

At this time, we only ship to U.S. locations. When we get a little bigger, we’ll likely start shipping internationally. CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of unworn and unwashed apparel. In order to process an exchange, email us at support@appalachianbotanical.com and we’ll take care of it.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order was incomplete, let us know within 10 days so we can make it right.

If you received a defective or damaged product, send a message to support@appalachianbotanical.com within 10 days and enclose a picture of the damaged or defective item. If it turns out to be our mistake, we’ll replace it.

In both cases, we’ll cover the shipping charges. (Please note that if damage occurred during transit and delivery, you are responsible for filing any claims for damaged or lost shipments with the carrier.)
