I grew up in Seth in Boone County. I started a family right after high school (I went to Sherman) and I have four kids aged 23 to 30, along with 11 grandchildren (with one more on the way in January)!

I like to spend my free time with my family, especially the grandkids, and I enjoy cooking for all of them. It just so happens that I spend my work time with some of these same family members—my husband and my oldest son also work at ABCo. So far, that’s worked out really well.

My favorite part of working at the farm has been propagation and watching the tiny lavender cuttings grow up to be plants ready to go in the ground. Lately, I’ve been helping get product orders packed and ready to ship from our Foster location. The pace got pretty hectic around the holidays, but I enjoyed it!
