Our honey and pollen are harvested from hives located right next to our lavender fields. Stir our honey into tea, use in salad dressings and marinades, or drizzle over fruits and cheeses to add a sweet, delicate flavor. For a flavorful and nutritional boost, sprinkle our pollen on yogurt, oatmeal, roasted vegetables, or ice cream.
